Ordering

How are payments handled?

Customers can now pay with all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Afterpay/Clearpay. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the Paypal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

I have gone to a great amount of care to exhibit my artwork as accurately as possible with regards to size and colour. Images you see online may show up slightly different sue to variations on different browsers, screen settings and devices. Any variation between the actual artwork is not deems a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for refund or return.

Shipping

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?

Original painting will be packed and shipped within 2 weeks though often they will arrive quicker than this. If you ave chosen to have a piece framed this allows time for the frame to be made up and painted.

In the UK artworks are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight. I will let you know as soon as the order is in the post. Please allow 7 working days in total from the point of despatch.

Can I collect my artwork from your studio?

Yes, my studio is located in Saxilby, Lincolnshire and I would love to meet you! Please just contact to arrange.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but sadly due to new rules, as of the 13th December I do not ship to the EU. I can ship to many other countries, please get in touch to check if you are outside the UK to make sure I am able to and costs. It will take longer to arrive depending on your location.

Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customers expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges. Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit.

I appreciate this is a high value purchase and something I have spent much time on. It is important for both is us to make sure it is transported safely. In some circumstances it may be safer to transport an artwork unframed and in a roll as some couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so some pieces will have certain requirements. Shipping costs for large pieces will be quoted individually - please contact me before purchasing. i will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is dispatched.

Returns Policy for Original Artwork

Please note that all sales of original artwork are final. Due to the unique nature of each piece, returns are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged. If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
